Covid-19 Response:

All training classes are currently private. We will begin offering group classes when the Covid threat is under control. Please help us keep all our clients and the community safe by following these guidelines while training with us.

• If you are sick or suspect you have been exposed to Covid-19, please stay home.

• Wear a mask at all times while on the premises.

• Sanitize your hands before entering and when leaving our facility.

• Limit family members attending private classes to 2 individuals.

• Maintain social distance while attending classes.
