Training Classes and Services

Private and semi-group classes at our facility

TRAINING YOUR DOG THE RIGHT WAY IS SO IMPORTANT!

Because dogs do not have the power of human speech and language, behavior problems and anxiety often result when dogs are left to fend for themselves in deciding how to live and function in our world, without guidance that makes sense. This is the same for people; we behave better, and ultimately thrive, in a world that makes sense to us and has clear consistent boundaries and rules.

All training is conducted at our indoor-outdoor facility. Training sessions last from 50 minutes to 1 hour. Scheduling is required. Our class curriculums are very robust and do require owners to practice their training skills during off-class hours to have the best outcome.  Clients will be assigned fun and easily understood training exercises each week to practice. Group classes will be returning coming in the summer of 2021 as pandemic restrictions allow.

Body Handling For Vet Visits and Grooming Procedures.

$150 (includes 3 sessions)

Starting out on the right paw is key to having a dog that is comfortable during Vet exams and grooming procedures. Teach your dog to LIKE having its body handled. This is critical to avoiding accidental bites and causing unnecessary fear of Vets or Groomers because your dog is uncomfortable or scared during exams or grooming procedures. We will be introducing the muzzle in the correct way to get your dog to accept and even like wearing the muzzle (if necessary) without fear or fight.
